临产后母血、羊水中PGE2的变化与胎盘上 bcl-2表达的关系

目的探讨临产后母血、羊水中前列腺素E2(PGE2)浓度的变化与胎盘滋养层细胞bcl-2蛋白表达的关系.方法53例足月妊娠妇女分成两组,其中临产组28例,未临产组25例.用放射免疫法测定孕妇母血、羊水中PGE2的浓度,用免疫组化(IHC)法测定胎盘滋养层细胞bcl-2的蛋白表达.结果(1)临产组母血、羊水中PGE2水平均高于未临产组(P＜0.05).(2)临产组胎盘滋养层细胞bcl-2的蛋白表达明显低于未临产组(P＜0.05).(3)母血、羊水中PGE2的浓度变化与bcl-2的蛋白表达呈负相关.结论PGE2及bcl-2介导的胎盘滋养层细胞凋亡在启动分娩发动过程中具有重要作用;且PGE2可能影响bcl-2的表达.

The relation of the concentrations of PGE2 in maternal blood and amniotic fluid with the expression of bcl - 2 in placental on labor onset

Objective:To investigate the changes of the concentrations of ProstaglandinsE_2 (PGE_2) in maternal blood and amniotic fluid on laber onset, and its influence to the expression of bcl-2 proteins in placental trophoblastic cells .Methods:Fifty-three women on term pregnancy were divided into two groups. One group on the time of labor onset were twenty-eight women. Another group not on the time of labor onset were twenty-five women. The concentrations of PGE_2 in maternal blood and amniotic fluid were detected by radioimmune assay. Expression of bcl-2 proteins in placental trophoblastic cells was detected by immunohistochemical assay. Results:(1) The concentrations of PGE_2 in maternal blood and amniotic fluid in labor onset group were higher than not labor onset (P<0.05). (2)Expression of bcl-2 proteins in group labor onset was significantly lower than the group not labor onset(P<0.05). (3) The expression of bcl-2 proteins had a negative correlation with the concentrations of PGE_2 in maternal blood and amniotic fluid. Conclusion:It was considered that PGE_2 and the apoptosis of placental trophoblastic cells induced by bcl-2 may play important roles in the initiation of labor onset. PGE_2 may influence the expression of bcl-2.
