编码谐频超声成像在检查甲状腺占位性病变中的应用价值

摘    要:目的:探讨编码谐频成像技术在甲状腺占位性病变中的应用价值。方法:对病变处同一切面分别用基频和谐频成像进行分析对比。结果:编码谐频较基频成像表现出全场图像清晰,病变周围和内部回声细致。结论:编码高频谐频在图像均匀度、细微分辨力和对比度方面具有特点,能够提高图像质量。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the applicable value of coded harmonic imaging(CHI)in thyroid mass.Methods:We compared and analyzed the images of the boundaries in thyroid mass with CHI and fundamental imaging(FI)technique.Results:The image of CHI was clearer and the echoes of the boundary were finer than those of FI.Conclusions:CHI has its own characters in imaging uniformity,detail resolution and contrast resolution to promote the quality of imaging.
