42例青年人胃癌临床分析

 目的总结青年人胃癌的临床病理特点以指导治疗。方法回顾性分析１９８５年　１月～１９９５年５月收治的４２例≤３５岁的青年人胃癌。结果　①手术切除率为９０．５％，其中根治性切除率占７１．４％；②青年人胃癌以女性多见，男女之比为１：１．３；③临床表现缺乏特征性，误诊率高达４２．８％；④组织学分化差，分期偏晚，以ＢｏｒｒｍａｎｎⅢ型，Ⅳ型居多；⑤预后差，五年生存率仅为２１．４％；⑥根治性切除组与姑息性切除组及单纯探查组１、３、５年生存率差异具有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）；Ⅰ＋Ⅱ期与Ⅲ＋Ⅳ期３、５年生存率差异亦具有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论欲改善青年人胃癌的预后，早期诊断、减少误诊及早提高根治性切除率是关键。

Clinical analysis of youth gastric cancer:a report of 42 cases

Objective By mains of analysing the clinical and patholigic characteristics of youth gastric cancer,to investigate the surgical treatment.Methods 42 cases of youth gastric cancer treated in our hospital in 1985-1995 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Resection rate is 90.5% and the radical resection rate is 71.4%.
