| 摘 要： | 目的观察血小板单采术联合羟基脲和α-干扰素治疗原发性血小板增多症(PT)的疗效。方法50例患者确诊后行血小板单采术，同时给予羟基脲和α-干扰素联合治疗。结果血小板单采术后，血小板数显著下降。症状改善。加用羟基脲和α-干扰素联合治疗，血小板数稳定，病情继续缓解。结论联合治疗疗效好、起效快，具有临床推广价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of combined treatment with plateletphoresis, hydrea and alpha-interferon for primary thrombocythemia. Method SO patients with PT were treated with plateletphoresis, hydrea and alpha-interferon. Results, After the plateletphoresis, platelet count decreased progressively and with improvement. With additional treatment of hydrea and alpha-interferon, the platelet count was stable and continuous improvement. Conclusion The combined therapy is effective, quick and should be generally applied in clinic. |
