| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肠内营养在治疗腹部手术后胃瘫的效果。方法通过肠内营养治疗，观察临床表现、血糖、肝功能和电解质变化。结果肠内营养治疗腹部手术后胃瘫忠者22例均获痊愈。治疗期间。忠者营养状况得到改善。无并发症出现。结论肠内营养能促进胃肠道功能恢复，有利于机体营养状况改善，是治疗腹部手术后胃瘫的有效手段。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To explore the effectiveness of enteral nutrition in the treatment of postsurgieal gastroparesis syndrome. [Methods] The enteral nutrition preparation was infused feeding tube. The patients glucoscsm, function of liver and kidney, electrolyte were observed. [Results] All the 22 patients of postsurgieal gastroparesis syndrome. Recovered with enteral nutrition, the infective complications were not found. [Conclusion] The method of EN is effective for improving the function of gastro-intestine, and the nutrition status in patients. |
