川崎病无冠状动脉病变患者血管内皮分泌功能障碍的研究

摘    要:目的 :研究川崎病 ( KD)无冠状动脉病变 ( CAL)患者各期血管内皮分泌功能的变化。方法 :对 30例无 CAL 的KD患者分别在急性期、亚急性期和恢复期采用硝酸还原酶法测定一氧化氮 ( NO)、采用放射免疫法测定 6 -酮前列腺素 F1α( 6 - k-PGF1α) ,并与 30例年龄性别比例相仿的健康儿进行对照分析。结果 :KD患者急性期血清 NO、 6 - k- PGF1α显著低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,亚急性期及恢复期有所升高 ,但仍未达到正常水平 ,与对照组比较 ,差异显著 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :无 CAL的 KD患者在各期均存在血管内皮分泌功能障碍 ,因此对这类 KD患者需进行长期追踪

Abstract:Objective:To study the vascular endothelial dysfunction by detection of endothelium derived secretion levels in each stage of Kawasaki disease (KD) patients without coronary artery lesion (CAL) Methods:In a total of 30 cases KD patients without CAL, we measured the plasma concentration of NO using nitratase method and 6 k PGF1α using RIA technique; Measurements were obtained during three time periods: the acute stage, the subacute stage and the convalescent stage The plasma concentration of NO and 6 k PGF1α in 30 sex and age matched healthy controls were also measured Results: The levels of NO and 6 k PGF1α in the acute stage were evidently depressed in study group than in control group, although they increased in the subacute and convalescent stage, they remained significantly lower than that of controls Conclusion:Dysfunction of endothelial secretion is present in KD patients even without CAL Long-term follow-up of all patients with KD is indicated
