| 摘 要： | 通过对122例摄碘率低下患者的血清FT3、FT4、TT3、TT4浓度结果的分析表明,在他们当中有一定比率的患者这些激素的水平呈不同程度的升高,且TT4升高幅度较明显,FT3、FT4和TT3多集中在正常上界附近,形成TT4与TT3血清结果呈分离现象,而FT3与FT4较一致.提示在评价患者甲状腺功能状态时,对甲状腺激素水平升高的患者,一定要做好鉴别诊断.

| Abstract: | Serum FT 3,FT 4,TT 3 and TT 4 levels were measured by RIA in patients with low iodine uptake rate. Results showed that there were a fair percentage of patients whose FT 3, FT 4, TT 3 and TT 4 levels increased in various degrees. The increased degree of serum TT 4 was more obvious than that of serum FT 3, TT 3 and FT 4. The serum FT 3, FT 4 and TT 3 levels focused on the high line of normal levels. The separation phenomenon formed between the levels of TT 3 and TT 4. Compared with the levels of TT 3 and TT 4, those of FT 3 and FT 4 were accordant. Differential diagnosis to the patients with the higher serum FT 3, FT 4, TT 3 and TT 4 levels in thyroid functional measurement should be done correctly in evaluation of thyroid function of patients. |
