| 摘 要： | 对胃肠道癌肿病人血清和组织中多种微量元素含量及某些相关生化指标进行了系统测定与研究。结果:(1)胃肠道肿瘤病人血清中硒和超氧化物歧化酶的含量降低极为显著,Cu/Zn比值倒置,血清中铁降低。(2)术后6小时血清锌急骤下降,大多数微量元素也有下降。(3)胃肠道癌肿组织硒含量高于癌周,更高于正常粘膜。说明病人体内抗氧化能力明显降低,可能是肿瘤发生、发展的高危因素。

| Abstract: | Serum and tissue levels of trace element and related biochemical parameters were investigated in patients with gastrocolonic cancer and in healthy adults. The results showed that patients with gastrocolonic cancer had decreased serum selenium SOD levels, the ration of Cu/Zn, and serum iron concentration. As compared to those of normal, whereas, cancerous tissue selenium contents were significantly higher than those in normal and adjacent tumor tissues. It appears that low antioxidant function is a risk factor in the etiopathology of human cancer. In addition, serum zinc decreased rapidly after operation for 6 hours. |
