青海省2007-2011年HIV检测筛查实验室确证符合率分析

目的分析青海省2007-2011年各类艾滋病病毒（HIV）检测筛查实验室送检的HIV抗体呈阳性反应样品的确证符合率,为提高省内各类机构的HIV检测工作质量提供科学依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）双抗原夹心法,对送检样品进行复检,对呈阳性反应的样品用蛋白免疫印迹试验（WB）进行确证,使用Excel 2007和SPSS 16.0统计软件整理和分析试验结果。结果 1 065份送检样品中,有672份复检试验呈阳性反应,阳性率为63.1%。2007-2011年间HIV确证阳性率分别为58.2%、418%、68.9%、71.9、81.1%。四类筛查实验室中,疾控机构筛查实验室的HIV确证阳性率为87.0%,大型医疗机构筛查实验室为76.3%,其他检测机构为66.3%,采供血机构筛查实验室为26.6%。结论全省各年HIV确证阳性率逐年提高,各类机构HIV筛查实验室的检测水平仍需加强,同时要严格遵循《全国艾滋病检测技术规范（2009年版）》的要求开展HIV检测工作。

Analysis on confirmatory coincidence rates of HIV/AIDS screening labs from 2007to 2011in Qinghai Province

Objective To analyze the confirmatory coincidence of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）antibody positive specimens collected from HIV/acquired immunodeficiency syndromes（AIDS）screening labs from 2007to 2011and provide scientific evidence for the improvement of HIV/AIDS detection in Qinghai Province.Methods HIV antibody positive specimens were re-screening by using double antigen sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）and Western blotting（WB）methods and further confirmed.All data were sorted out and analyzed with Excel 2007and SPSS 16.0software.Results Of these 1 065collected specimens 672specimens were HIV antibody positive,the positive reaction rate was 63.1%.The confirmatory positive rates during 2007-2011were 58.2%,41.8%,68.9%,71.9%and 81.1%respectively.HIV confirmatory positive rate in centers for disease control and prevention labs was 87.0%,in general hospitals was 76.3%,in other labs was 66.3%,in blood centers was 26.6%.Conclusion HIV confirmatory positive rate is increasing in these years,but the detection capability needs to be improved.All screening labs should follow National Guideline for Detection of HIV/AIDS（2009version）in implementing the HIV/AIDS detection.
