金华市MSM人群HIV阳性者某些特征分析

目的了解金华市男男性行为人群（MSM）HIV阳性者的疫情及变化趋势，为针对该人群开展的艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法回顾分析金华市2002-2012年MSM中HIV阳性者的疫情特征，并对自愿咨询与检测（VCT）门诊MSM求询者的资料和2012年MSM哨点的监测资料，采用IBMSPSS11．0软件进行分析。结果2002—2012年共报告MSMHIV感染者261例，占总HIV阳性者数的20．3％（261／1283）；其中20～39岁占81．2％（212／261）；2005-2012年年平均增长率为71．1％。与总的疫情相比，MSM疫情呈现年轻化、以未婚为主、文化程度相对较高、当地户籍所占比较高等特点。同性性伴数中位数为4人。结论相关部门应进一步加大MsM的HIV筛查和阳性者的发现力度，加强对MSM中HIV阳性者的随访管理与阳性干预，减少二代传播，降低新发感染。

Epidemiological analysis on MSM HIV positive cases in Jinhua of Zhejiang province

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of HIV positive men who have sex with men （MSM） in Jinhua and provide a basis for the prevention and control of AIDS. Methods The retrospective a- nalysis method was conducted on the epidemic characteristics of the MSM HIV positive cases reported from 2002 to 2012; the sentinel surveillance of HIV/AIDS among MSM in 2012 and the data of MSM in voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） clinics were statistically analyzed. Results Totally 261 MSM HIV positive cases were reported in Jinhua since 2002 when the first case reported, which accounted for 20.3% （261/1 283） of the total HIV positive cases. The cases were mainly distributed in group aged 20--39 years, accounted for 81.2% （212/261）. The aver- age growth rate was 71.1%. Compared with total epidemic, the characteristics is that the patients were younger, predominantly unmarried, more education and more local registered residence among MSM HIV positive cases. The median of homosexual partner number of MSM was 4. Conclusion Relevant departments need to pursue efforts to increase HIV screening among MSM population. HIV positive cases IN MSM still exist high-risk behavior after HIV infection, so it is quite urgent to strengthen the follow-up and intervention to reduce new infections.
