| 摘 要： | 目的查找艾滋病防治工作中存在的问题，促进新疆艾滋病综合防治工作的良性发展。方法应用灰关联分析法，对新疆乌鲁木齐市、伊犁地区、喀什地区、哈密地区2008—2010年艾滋病防治工作的效果进行综合评价并排序。结果哈密地区2010年的孔值最高为0．8372，喀什地区2008年的弘值最低为0．5783。哈密地区2010年AIDS综合防治效果最好。结论灰关联分析法计算较为简单，可充分利用样本的全部信息，并通过分辨系数改变综合评价区分效度。

| Abstract: | Objective Searching for the problems in the prevention and control in order to promote the develop- ment of AIDS prevention and control in Xinjiang. Methods Using grey relational analysis method to evaluate effect of AIDS prevention and control in Urumqi, Yili, Kashi, Hami regions in Xinjiang during 2008 and 2010. Results Maximum of value in Hami regions in 2010 was 0. 8372, minimum of value in Kashi regions in 2008 was 0. 5783. Comprehensive effect of AIDS prevention and control was the best in Hami regions in 2010. Conclusion Gray rela- tional analysis method was relatively simple, and it could make full use of all the samples, change comprehensive e- valuation diseriminant validity through distinguishing coefficient. It is relatively reliable to illustrate the method for comprehensive evaluation of AIDS prevention and control in Xinjiang. |
