摘    要:目的通过建立杭白菊HPLC指纹图谱,比较不同产地杭白菊成分的差异,为杭白菊的质量评价提供依据。方法采用Agilent SB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%乙酸溶液为流动相梯...展开更多 Objective To establish the fingerprints of Hangzhou white Chrysanthemi Flos by HPLC;To compare the differences in the compositions of Hangzhou white Chrysanthemi Flos from different producing areas;To provide references for quality evaluation of Hangzhou white Chrysanth...MORE Objective To establish the fingerprints of Hangzhou white Chrysanthemi Flos by HPLC;To compare the differences in the compositions of Hangzhou white Chrysanthemi Flos from different producing areas;To provide references for quality evaluation of Hangzhou white Chrysanthemi Flos.Methods The chromatographic separation was performed on an Agilent SB-C18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid aqueous solution in gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 348nm;the column temperature was 30℃;the flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The precision,repeatability,intermediate precision and solution stability were investigated.Results The common pattern of fingerprints of Hangzhou white Chrysanthemi Flos was established by using chlorogenic acid,luteolin and 3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid as reference peaks.14 common peaks were marked. The precision,repeatability and stablility were good.Similarity comparison of fingerprints of Hangzhou white Chrysanthemi Flos from different producing areas showed that the quality of Hangzhou white Chrysanthemi Flos was relatively stable except for Yancheng (Jiangsu Province).Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible,and provide reference for the internal quality evaluation of Hangzhou white Chrysanthemi Flos.FEWER
