摘    要:白细胞介素(IL)18是1995年发现的细胞因子,具有与IL-1相似的空间结构和胞内信号转导系统。不但能增强自然杀伤细胞和T细胞的细胞毒效应,而且与IL-12相比具有更强的诱生干扰素γ的能力;通过促进树突状细胞成熟以及巨噬细胞、自然杀伤细胞、细胞毒T细胞的杀瘤效应显示出较强的抑瘤作用;参与抵抗寄生虫、病毒等病原微生物的胞内感染;并与肿瘤、变态反应性疾病、自身免疫性疾病、移植物抗宿主病等的发生发展密切相关。

Abstract:Interleukin-18( IL-18) was discovered in 1995,which is a cytokine sharing the structure and cellular signal transduction system with IL-1. It can enhance the cytotoxicity of natural killer cells and T-lymphocytes and exert stronger effects on inducing interferon γ than IL-12. IL-18 has a strong anti-tumoral activity through increasing the cytotoxic effects of mature dendritic cells,macrophages,NK and CTL on killing tumor cells. It is involved in counterattacking the intracellular infections caused by pathogens,such as parasites and viruses. It is closely associated with the occurrence and development of carcinoma,allergy,auto-immune diseases,and graft-versus-host disease.
