| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨知母乙醇提取物对阿尔茨海默病模型小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法:腹腔注射D-半乳糖和亚硝酸钠制备小鼠阿尔茨海默病模型,灌胃给予知母乙醇提取物后用水迷宫观察小鼠学习记忆能力,测定脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶和血清超氧化物歧化酶活性。结果:知母乙醇提取物能明显减少错误次数(P<0.05)、降低脑组织内乙酰胆碱酯酶活性(P<0.01)、提高血清SOD活性(P<0.01)。结论:知母乙醇提取物能预防和改善阿尔茨海默病模型小鼠的学习记忆减退,其机制可能与其降低脑组织内乙酰胆碱酯酶活性和提高血清SOD活性有关。
