中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎240例临床疗效观察与护理

类风湿性关节炎属中医痹证范畴。其病机为气血不足,肝肾亏虚,风寒湿邪乘虚而入,痹阻经络、流注关节、而致气滞血瘀,阳气难达造成小关节肿痛变形,这是本病的发病机制,也是辨证的关键。按临床见证可分为4型:湿热痹阻型、寒湿痹阻型、瘀血痹阻型、肝肾亏虚型,按照四型的临床表现辨证论治。6年来共治疗类风湿性关节炎240例均收到良好的效果。
