| 摘 要： | 目的：分析及探讨重度心脏病患者最佳分娩方式。方法：对38例孕妇在强心利尿等综合治疗的同时，施行剖宫产术。结果：38例心衰者术中心衰无加重，术后逐渐缓解。结论：采用剖宫产术组母婴死亡率明显低于经阴道分娩组，因此，剖宫产是妊娠合并重度心脏病患者的最佳分娩分式。

| Abstract: | Objctive:To analyse and study the best delivery mode for patients with serious cardiac disea se.Methods:Caesarean sectic on was performed in 38 patients with car diotonics and diuretics.Results:The symptoms of 38 cases with heart failure became lighter instead of more serious during and after operation.WT5H Z]Conclusion:The mortality of eith er mother or infant with caesarean secti on was lower than that with delivery thr ough vagina.Consequently,cesarean sectio n is the best delivery mode in patients with serious cardiac diseases. |
