摘    要:目的:总结低热源烫伤的临床特点和有效治疗方法.方法:对作者在2007年~2009年期间治疗的38例低热源烫伤病历资料进行回顾性总结.结果:本院采用烧伤湿性医疗技术治疗病例21例,均自行愈合,未发生局部或全身感染;外院采用传统外科换药方法治疗17例,愈合时间延长,且有瘢痕增生.结论:低热源烫伤具有损伤面积小,深度偏深等特点,采用MEBT/MEBO治疗,可促进创面愈合.

Abstract:Objective: To summarize clinical features and effective methods of treating scald caused by lower heating source. Method : Retrospective summarization was made for 38 cases of lower heating source scald, who hospitalized from 2007 to 2009 in the hospital. Result: 21 cases treated with MEBT/MEBO were cured. No local or general infec- tion was observed. Other 17 cases received conventional surgical dressing care in other hospital had longer healing time and scar formation. Conclusion: Lower heating scald has some features including smaller size but deeper depth. MEBT/MEBO is suitable to treat them due to its advantage of promoting wound healing.
