| 摘 要： | 目的通过应用临床护理路径于准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术,使临床护理行为系统化,减少由于护理问题引发的手术并发症。方法将100例患者随机分为常规组和路径组,分别对其实施单纯的健康宣教法和集宣教、模拟训练、实地参观为一体的临床护理路径法,从计划、执行、评估(检查和修正)3方面科学实施,最终从术前的焦虑指数、术中头位和眼位的变化、术后病人满意率及病人的遵医行为4方面对2组的效果进行评估。结果常规组与路径组2组间有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径的实施,规范了护士对准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术的全程护理,取得了较好的临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To make clinical nursing systematization,decrease complication of operation caused by nursing.Methods 100 patients were divided into common group and observation group,simple health education and systematic nursing were applied in two groups.Systematic nursing included collective education,training in simulator and visiting on the spot.The anxiety index before operation,the position of head and eye during operation,the satisfaction rate of patients after operation,the under supervision behavior,all the four aspects were evaluated in two groups.Results There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions With the application of systematic clinical nursing,the nursing of excimer laser cormea situ grinding and encasing operation was standardized. |
