彩色多普勒诊断糖尿病视网膜病变的血流动力学

目的:评价彩色多普勒用于诊断糖尿病性视网膜病变的价值。方法:选择400例患者,分为糖尿患者组200例,对照组200例,进行彩色多普勒检查。通过观察和比较两组患者视网膜动脉、眼动脉的血流动力学情况,总结彩色多普勒检查糖尿病视网膜病变的临床可行性、临床效果和安全性。研究并总结糖尿病患者的视网膜血流灌注状态,及早干预视网膜病变的发生。结果:糖尿病组眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉PSV较对照组低,而RI值则较对照组高。结论:采用彩色多普勒可对糖尿病眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉进行测定,早期发现血流速度、RI、PI的改变,及时了解视网膜的血流动力学情况,对视网膜病变的防治起重要作用。

The Haemodynamics of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Diabetic Retiua Pathological Changes

Objective To evaluate color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of diabetic retina pathological changes.Methods 400 patients, were divided into 200 of diabetes group, 200 of control group, carry on color Doppler exam.Pass the observation and compare two group patients to the haemodynamics circumstance of the retina artery, the eye artery, and tally up the clini- cal possibility, clinical result and safety that the color Doppler checks diabetic retina pathological changes.Study and tally up the diabetic to the retina blood to perfusion the appearance, and interfere the occurrence of the retina pathological changes ear- ly.Results The PSV of the eye artery, the central artery of retina of diabetes group is lower than the control group, and the RI value is higher than the control group.Conclusion Color Doppler of adoption can to the diabetic eye artery, the central artery of retina to carry on the measurement, discovered the change of the blood speed, RI, PI in early days, understand the haemo- dynamics circumstance of retina in time, the important function towards the prevention and cure of the retina pathological chan- ges.
