| 摘 要： | 维和二级医院是联合国保障所属分队卫生勤务的重要单元,医疗后送伤病员的工作体现了联合国以人为本,生命至上的理念。刚果（金）中国维和二级医院伤病员的医疗后送通常是由2个先遣小组来完成的。这项工作需要有缜密的卫勤保障组织程序,要求把握好伤病员后送的指征和时机,并通过经常性的组织卫勤演练来提高医院应急救治的能力。

| Abstract: | Peacekeeping Level 2 hospital is an important unit in the UN medical support system.The work of medical evacuation is one of the important jobs in the hospital.It embodies people-oriented and life supremacy ideas.It is usually completed by two advance teams in Chinese peacekeeping level 2 hospital of Congo（Kinshasa）.It needs careful medical procedure,control of chance and indication.To improve hospital emergency medical treatment capability,medical service training should be done frequently. |
