| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术（TuVP）治疗前列腺增生（BPH）的安全和疗效。方法回顾性分析经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗124例前列腺增生症患者临床资料。结果 手术均获成功，手术操作35～70min，术中出血量80—220ml，平均（120±20）ml。手术切除前列腺重量26—65g，平均（29±8）g，IPSS评分平均降至10．0分。最大尿流率平均为19．0ml／s。结论经尿道前列腺汽化电切术具有安全性高、出血少，手术时间短、并发症少、疗效确切的优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the security and effectiveness of transurethral vaporization electro -prostatectomy hyperplasia（TUVP） . Methods Retrospectively analyzed 124 cases of transurethral vaporization electro - prostatectomy hyperplasia （TUVP） of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia clinical data. Results The TUVP was successful. The averge operating time was 35 -70 min, with mean blood loses of （120 ± 20）ml. The prostate gland excised weight aproximately 26 -65 g, average （29 ± 8）g. The mean IPSS decreased from 26 to 10 after TUVP. Conclusion TUVP has good clinical results with high efficacy and safety,and less blood loses in patients with BPH. |
