GC-MS用于广西三七炮制品中有机氯农药残留测定方法的研究

摘    要:目的:测定广西三七炮制品中有机氯农药的残留量。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用的选择离子检测(SIN)方法,测定广西三七炮制品中九种有机氯类农药残留量。结果:九种有机氯类农药定量测定的线性关系在0.01ng-0.1ng的范围内良好,方法回收率为96.75%-101.84%,RSD%〈3.73%。所测定的16个不同品种中有机氯农药残留量均小于2×10^-7s/s。结论:该方法准确可靠、重复性好,可较好地对三七炮制品中有机氯农药残留量进行控制。

Abstract:Objective: Determination of residue of organichlorine pesticides in Guangxi notoginseng processed products. Meth ods: Selected ion monitoring scan mode (SIM) of GC - MS were adopted. Results: This method had good relativity of linearity in 0.01ng -0. lng, the recoveries of samples were 96. 75% - 101.84% , RSD% 〈 3.73%. The residue of organichlorine pesticides in Guangxi notoginseng processed products were all less than 2 × 10^-7 g/g. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, good re- peatability, it can be better for notoginseng organochlorine pesticide residues in processed products.
