老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期合并2型糖尿病患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平分析

目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期(AECOPD)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及其临床意义。方法选取50例老年AECOPD合并T2DM住院患者为研究组、单纯AECOPD组35例,同时设30例老年非COPD患者作为对照组。观察3组血清Hcy水平变化。结果与对照组比较,老年AECOPD合并T2DM组和老年单纯AECOPD组血清Hcy水平、高Hcy血症检出率均显著增高(P0.01),且老年AECOPD合并T2DM组较老年单纯AECOPD组血清Hcy水平、高Hcy血症检出率增高(P0.05)。结论老年AECOPD患者血清中Hcy水平升高,且合并T2DM状态下进一步加重AECOPD病情。

Analysis of serum homocysteine in the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation period with underlying type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the changes of serum homocysteine （Hcy） in the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation period （AECOPD） with underlying type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） and its clinical significance. Methods A randomized and prospective clinical trial was conducted, and 50 elderly patients with AECOPD complicated with T2DM and 35 elderly patients with simple AECOPD were enrolled in the study, and 30 healthy elderly served as control. The expression of serum homocysteine was analyzed among the three groups. Results The expression of serum homocysteine and the detection rate of hyperhomocysteinaemia in AECOPD complicated with T2DM group was significantly higher than that in simple AECOPD group and the healthy control group（ P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusions The expression of serum homocysteine and the detection rate of hyperhomocysteinaemia shows an increased trend in the elderly patients with AECOPD and in the elderly patients with AECOPD and T2DM.
