氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压合并冠心病60例临床分析

目的探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法将我院2011年1月～2012年6月收治的120例高血压合并冠心病患者按照随机、自愿的原则分为对照组和观察组，每组各60例。对照组给予硝苯地平控释片治疗，观察组给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙治疗，疗程6周。比较治疗前后两组血压变化和心绞痛改善情况。结果治疗后两组血压较治疗前均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05），且观察组患者血压下降较对照组更为明显，但两组问未显示出统计学差异（均P〉0．05）；观察组心绞痛改善总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（86．7％vs66．7％．P〈0．05）。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果显著，值得推广应用。

Clinical analysis of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium treating on 60 patients with hypertension with coronary heart disease

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium treating on patients with hypertension with coronary heart disease.Methods 120 patients with hypertension with coronary heart disease admitted at our hospital from January 2011 and June 2012 were randomly and voluntaryly divided into control group （n=60） and observation group （n=60）.The control group were given nifedipine controlled release tablets treatment,while the observation group were given amlodipine atorvastatin cal- cium,the course was six weeks.The blood pressure change and improvement of angina pretherapy and post-treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The blood pressure of two groups were significantly lower than that of pretherapy,differences were statistically significant（all P〈0.05）,and the observation group showed more,but there were no statistical significance between the two groups （all P〉0.05）.The total effective rate for improvement of angina of the observation group was higher than the control group, differences were statistically significant （86.7% vs 66.7%,P〈0.05） .Conclusion The clinical effects of amlodipine atorvastatin calci- um treating on patients with hypertension with coronary heart disease is remarkable and it is worth popularization and application.
