初诊高血糖患者胰岛素强化治疗临床观察

摘    要:目的:探讨短期胰岛素强化治疗对初诊2型糖尿病患者近期及远期的临床疗效。方法选择我院56例初诊2型糖尿病患者,按年龄分为1组、2组,每组再按体重分为肥胖、非肥胖组,经胰岛素强化治疗1个月~3个月后,每3个月、6个月、1年、3年进行相关指数的监测并进行比较。结果经胰岛素强化治疗后3个月、6个月、1年、3年监测胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMIR)、C肽、甘油三酯(TG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与治疗前比较均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对初诊2型糖尿病患者采用短期、早期胰岛素强化治疗,近、远期效果均较满意,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the short-term insulin intensive treatment on the first diagnosis in patients with type 2 diabetes,high blood sugar in the near future and long-term clinical curative effect. Methods Select 56 cases first diagnosis in patients with type 2 diabetes,high blood sugar intoⅠgroups according to age, Ⅱgroup,each group then weight obesity,obesity,insulin improved 1-3 months after treatment,every 3 months,6 months,1 year,3 years of related index of monitoring and comparison. Results After insulin intensive therapy for 3 months,6 months,1 year,3 years monitoring and insulin resistance index(HOMIR),C peptide,triglyceride(TG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)were significantly improved compared before treatment difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion To the first diagnosis in patients with type 2 diabetes,high blood sugar is short-term,early insulin intensive therapy,immediate and long-term effects are all very satisfied,clinical use of worthy of popularizing.
