| 摘 要： | 医院改革是从医疗市场起步的,继续深化医院改革也必须从医疗市场着手,这是19年医院改革的重要经验。医院要把为建立社会主义市场经济体制服务作为深化改革的主要取向,不断摸索和建立“政府主导型”的医疗市场新体制,加强宏观调控和政策导向,按经济规律和市场规律来研究医疗市场和医院的经营管理活动,努力改变医院改革理论研究滞后于形势发展需要的被动局面。

| Abstract: | The hospital reform was set out from medical service market,and deepening reform is to start from that too, this is a significant experience of hospital reform in the past 19 years. The hospital should take it as the main trend to serve the soialist market economic system, exploring setting up the new medical service market system of "government-dominant type" as well as strengthening the macroscopic control and policy guide. The study on the medical service market and hospital management is to be carried on under the economic and market laws. The hospital must change the unpromising situation that the theoretical research on reform falls behind the practical development needs. |
