摘    要:应用正交试验对影响LICC的生成及其杀伤较大的因素(诱导时间,IL-2浓度,细胞毒细胞分化因子-CCDF,效应细胞与靶细胞的比例)进行筛选,以获得高杀伤活性的LICC。对荷瘤动物分组用毛细管法进行白细胞移动抑制试验(MIT),在H_22攻击后的第5周、第7周LICC实验动物的MIT阳性率明显高于对照组,其差异有显著性(P<0.05),提示LICC能维持或提高机体对H_22的特异性细胞免疫功能。同时,实验组动物死亡率明显低于对照组,荷瘤存活时间较对照组也明显延长,提示LICC对荷瘤动物有保护作用。是继LAK细胞、TIL细胞之后的又一种新型的肿瘤过继性免疫治疗细胞。

EFFECT OF LICC ON INHIBITION OF H_22 HEPATIMA CELL ANDCYTOIMUNITY OF TUMOR LOADED RATS
Abstract:A series of experimental studies on the effects of LICC to the antitumor activity and cytoim-munity of the tumor loaded animal are reported.The factors affecting the genesis of LICC andits activity,such as induction time,concentration of IL-2, cytotoxic cell defferentiation factor(CCDF)and ratio of effector cell and target cell were screened by orthogonal test.Thus the opti-mal condition to attain the highest activity of LICC was obtained. Leucocyte migration inhibitingtests were performed in tumor loaded animal at the 5th and 7th weeks after the inplantation ofH_22 cells. In the LICC group,the positivity of MIT was significantly higher than that of the con-trols with P<0.005.The stivival time of the former was longer than that of the latter. The re-sults reveal that LICC has the protective effect on the tumor loaded animal and it is a new cellfor the adoptive immunotherapy of tumor after the discovery of LAK and TIC.
