乌头注射液联合化疗的临床效果观察

摘    要:目的 :探讨乌头注射液联合化疗改善癌症患者的生活质量可行性。方法 :2 6例癌症患者随机分成两组 ,乌头注射液 化疗组 15例 ,单纯化疗组 11例。结果 :乌头注射液 化疗组生活质量明显提高 ,包括体重、Karnofsky评分的提高、厌食和乏力的改善 ,其分别为 80 %、80 %、93%、6 7% ,而单纯化疗组分别为 10 %、2 7%、10 %、18% ,两者间均有统计学意义 ;疼痛缓解率也有明显提高 ,分别为 85%、4 0 % ,两者间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5)。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of aconitic injection on quality of life caused by combination chemotherapy,also observe the effect of alleviating cancer pain.Methods 26 cases of advanced cancer treated with chemotherapy were divided randomly into two groups:chemotherapy plus aconitic injection and chemotherapy alone.Results The bodyweight,karnofsky giving a mark,appetite and biodynamia were improved in chemotherapy plus aconitic injection and these indexes were 80%,80%,93%,67%,respectively while they were 10%,27%,10%,18% in chemotherapy alone.The remision rate of cancer pain in chemotherapy plus aconitic injection was 85% and it was 40% in chemotherapy alone( p <0.05).The main side effect was constipation,vertigo,nausea and vomiting.Conclusions:Reasonable use of aconitic injection can be able to improve the life quality of patients with advanced cancer in chemotherapy.
