乳头溢液的诊断与中药治疗探讨

对有乳头溢液的87例女性患者排除由全身疾病引起乳头溢液后,全部病例经B型彩色超声波及乳头分泌物涂片或针吸细胞学检查确诊,除13例行手术治疗外,其余74例随机分为治疗组50例,对照组24例,治疗组用中药治疗,对照组用维生素C及维生素E治疗.两组病例均治疗2个月为一个疗程.结果表明该组病例中乳腺增生症占67.82%,乳腺导管扩张症占17.24%,导管内乳头状瘤占11.49%,乳腺癌占3.45%.乳头溢液以浆液性及混合性为主者多见于乳腺良性疾病.3例乳腺癌及10例导管内乳头状瘤均行手术治疗.非手术治疗患者用药一疗程后两组疗效有显著性差异(P＜0.01),良性乳腺疾病引起的乳头溢液使用中药治疗有良好的效果.

The Diagnosis and Treatment of Nipple Discharge

cases of women with nipple discharge were investigated. Thirteen cases underwent operation and, the remaining 74 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Fifty cases were treated by traditional Chinese medicine (treatment group) and 24 cases by vitamine C and vitamine E (control group). The patients of both received the treatment of two months as one course of treatment. The results showed the causes for nipple discharge included hyperplasia of mammary glands (67 82%), mammary duct ectasia (17 24%), intraductal papilloma (11 49%) and mammary cancer (3 45%). Nipple discharge of serosity and admixture was mostly seen by benign mammary disease. The patients with mammary cancer (3) or intraductal papolloma (10) were all received surgical operation. The effectiveness in nonoperation group was significant difference before and after one course of treatment ( P <0 01). Treatment of benign mammary disease by traditional Chinese medicine could abtain satisfactory effectiveness.
