| 摘 要： | 目的:观察局部肌肉注射A型肉毒毒素(BTX-A)治疗痉挛型脑性瘫痪的疗效。方法:将83例痉挛型脑性瘫痪的患儿分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用BTX-A局部肌肉注射、推拿和康复训练,对照组仅采用肉毒毒素注射和推拿治疗,以改良阿氏量表(MAS)评定肌张力,以运动评价量表(PRS)评定运动功能。对比分析治疗前、治疗后4周的肌张力、PRS评分改变情况。结果:治疗组治疗前、治疗后4周肌张力、PRS评分较对照组明显改善。结论:局部肌肉注射BTX-A结合推拿、康复训练能够更有效地治疗痉挛型脑性瘫痪,改善步态、提高行走能力。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the efficacy of botulinum toxin A (BTX-A) intramuscular injection and rehabilitation training for the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy. Methods: A total of 83 patients were divided into treatment group and control group, according to the treatment of local intramuscular injection plus rehabilitation training and of local intramuscular injection only, respectively. The muscle tone was assessed with the Modified Ashworth Scale and range of motion with Physical Rating Scale (PRS). Results: The treatment group had a better effect than control group. Conclusion: Local intramuscular injection of BTX-A combined with massage and rehabilitation training is an effective treatment for spastic cerebral palsy, and could significantly improve the children’s gait and walking ability. |
