摘    要:目的:评估造影增强能量多普勒在评价肝癌血管生成中的价值.方法:应用声诺维造影剂增强能量多普勒研究32例肝癌,图像定量计算病灶内相对血流灌注率,与微血管密度(micro-vascular density,MVD)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)相对照,分析两者的相关性.结果:肝癌组织VEGF表达阳性组相对灌注率高于阴性组(P<0.05);造影增强能量多普勒血流等级及相对灌注率与MVD和VEGF相关(P<0.05).结论:增强能量多普勒可有效评价肝癌的血管生成.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the role of contrast enhanced power Doppler in evaluating tumor angiogenetic activity. Methods Thirty-two patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were analysed. Flow signals of hepatocellular carcinoma were observed by power Doppler imaging after the injection of contrast agent, and then the relative perfusion rate and blood flow were assessed. The microvessel density (MVD) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) were assessed by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between the relative perfusion rate,blood flow, MVD,VEGF was studied. Results The relative perfusion rate in the tissues with positive expression of VEGF was significantly higher than that in the tissues with negative expression of VEGF in hepatocellular carcinoma. There was correlation between the relative perfusion rate, blood flow grade and MVD(P<0.05). The expression of VEGF was positively related to the relative perfusion rate and blood flow grade(P<0.05).Conclusion Contrast enhanced power Doppler is useful in evaluating the tumor angiogenetic activity.
