| 摘 要： | 目的提高小儿闭合性肾损伤的诊治效果.方法回顾分析17例小儿肾损伤的诊治资料.结果保守治疗12例,手术5例,死亡2例,治愈率88.2%.随访6月～3年,尿常规、肾功能正常.结论多数患儿可经非手术治疗痊愈,严重肾损伤患儿应尽早手术探查,B超和CT是较快速有效的诊断方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To present an erpenience wifh 17 cases of close renal trauma of children. Methods 17 casesof close renal trauma were retrospectioely analyseel. Results Nonoperative: 12 cases. Operatiue: 5 cases. Deael. 2 cases. 15 cases were fouowecl up for 6 months to 3 years with normal urine routine and renal function. Conclusions most patients were treated nonoperariuely, only those with severely injured kidney uequired laparotomy or nephrectomy. B - ultrosonogra-phy and CT sanning are necess any for early diagnosis and managemeat of blunt keneecl injures in children. |
