摘    要:目的建立降脂宁有效部位中4种蒽醌类成分橙黄决明素、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用SunFire C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温30℃,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长285 nm。结果橙黄决明素、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚平均回收率分别为98.69%、99.97%、97.98%和99.20%,RSD分别为2.20%、1.18%、2.27%和1.15%。结论3批样品测定结果表明,该方法简便、准确,可用于降脂宁有效部位中4种蒽醌类成分的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination of four anthraquinone constituents,including aurantio-obtusifolin,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion,in the effective fraction of Jiangzhining by HPLC.Methods The procedure of HPLC was performed on the chromatographic column of SunFire C_(18)(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm)at the temperature of 30℃.The mobile phase in the gradient elution was acetonitrile-phosphoric acid solution(0.1%),the flow rate eas 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength eas 285 nm.Results The average recovery of aurantio-obtusifolin,emodin,chrysophanol or physcion was,respectively,98.69%,99.97%,97.98% and 99.20%,and RSD was 2.20%,1.18%,2.27% and 1.15%.Conclusion The determination results of three batches of samples showed that the method was easy and accurate,which can be used in the quantitative determination of four anthraquinone constituents in the effective fraction of Jiangzhining.
