万拉法新与阿米替林治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁的疗效对照研究

目的:比较万拉法新与阿米替林对老年脑卒中后抑郁的疗效和副反应。方法:将57例符合脑卒中后抑郁诊断标准的老年患者随机分为两组,分别给予万拉法新与阿米替林治疗6周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床总体印象量表(CGI)、不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定疗效和副反应。结果:万拉法新疗效优于阿米替林,且起效快、副反应少而轻微。结论:万拉法新是是值得推荐的治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁的一线药物。

A control study of venlafaxine and amitriptyline in treatment of aged post stroke depression

Objective:To compare the efficacy and side effects between venlafaxine and amitriptyline in the treatment of aged post stroke depression(PSD).Methods:57 patients consistent with the diagnosis of PSD were randomly assigned into two groups.One group was treated with venlafaxline and the other with amitriptyline for 6 weeks.The efficacy was assessed with Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and the clinical global impression scale(CGI),and the side effect was evaluated with treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).Results:The findings indicated that the efficacy of venlafaxine was better than that of amitriptyline(P<0.01),and venlafaxine took effect more quickly and its side effects were less and mild(P<0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that venlafaine might be recommended as one of first line antidepressants in treatment of aged PSD.
