| 摘 要： | 目的观察急性中毒患者应用血液灌流治疗的效果及安全性。方法急性中毒患者30例在常规解毒治疗的基础上应用血液灌流治疗（治疗组）,观察患者意识、胆碱酯酶、心脏、肾脏功能变化,与常规解毒治疗患者20例（对照组）进行对比。结果血液灌流治疗可有效清除急性中毒患者血液中的毒物,加快患者恢复（P〈0.01）,对心脏功能无显著影响（P〉0.05）。结论血液灌流治疗应用于急性中毒患者是有效及安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of hemoperfusion(HP) in the treatment of acute poisoning patients. Methods Thirty acute poisoning patients(the treatment group) received hemoperfusion and routine detoxification treatment.And other 20 acute poisoning patients were treated with routine detoxification treatment as the control group.All the patients were monitored and recorded the changes of their consciousness,the serum cholinesterase,and the heart and renal functions.
