| 摘 要： | 为了提高腔内泌尿外科技术，自１９９５年４月～１２月，采用直接建立腹膜后腔方法施行腹腔镜泌尿外科手术２３例，其中肾切除３例，肾上腺肿瘤切除２例，肾盂输尿管切开取石１１例１２侧，多囊肾去顶术４例７侧，单纯性肾囊肿去顶术３例，手术全部成功，无严重并发症发生。与经腹腔途径比较，其主要优点是无脏器干扰，减少了操作孔道和器械，无腹腔污染，游离方便。改进了穿刺方法，探讨腹腔镜成像下的腹膜后腔解剖，提出“一肌二线三带”特点。

| Abstract: | Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery,including 3 nephrectomy,2 adrenalectomy,2 pyelolithotomy,9 ureterolithotomy,4 unroofing of polycystic kidney and 3 of solitary renal cyst,were carried out for 23 cases.Success has been achieved in all without major complication.The modified method of puncture and the laparoscopic appearence of the psoas major muscles and the peritoneum were discribed. |
