| 摘 要： | 目的:观察安神化瘀汤治疗顽固性失眠的疗效。方法:对照组48例用阿普唑仑、三唑仑治疗,治疗组48例用安神化瘀汤治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组91.67%、对照组为70.83%,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:安神化瘀汤治疗顽固性失眠疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective : To observe the therapeutic effect on refractory insomnia treated by Calming Nerves and Resolving Blood Stasis Decoction.Method :48 cases were treated with Alprazolam and Triazolam as the control group while 48 cases were treated with Calming Nerves and Resolving Blood Stasis Decoction as the study group.Result : The total effective rate of the study group is 91.67% while that of the control group is 70.83%.There is very significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion : Calming Nerves and Resolving Blood Stasis Decoction has great effect on refractory insomnia. |
