微板法检测蚊虫体内非特异性酯酶活性研究

摘    要:目的 探讨蚊虫抗药性敏感测试方法,方法 采用微板法,对室内常规饲养的敏感品系和室内选育的DDVP、抗残杀威品系淡色库蚊非特异性酯酶的活性进行了测定。结果 敏感品系蚊虫OD值≥0.9的占17.16%(35/204条);<0.9的占82.84%(169/204条);抗DDVP品系OD值≥0.9的占83.33%(200/240条);<0.9的占16.67%(40/240条);抗残杀威品系≥0.9的占74.89%(176/235条),<0.9的占25.11%(59/235条)。结论 敏感品系与抗性品系淡色库蚊的平均OD值存在较大差异。

Abstract:Microplate assay was employed for the determination of nonspecific esterase level in individual susceptible, anti-DDVP and anti-propoxur resistant Culex pipiens. Among susceptible mosquitoes detected, 17. 16% was of high esterase activity with OD value more than 0. 9. Among anti-DDVP and antipropoxur resistant mosquitoes, the OD value more than 0. 9 was found in 83. 33% and 74. 89% respectively. This indicated that there existed obvious difference in the level of nonspecific esterase between susceptible and resistant mosquitoes.
