重症哮喘34例临床疗效观察

目的探讨重症哮喘治疗措施,减少重症哮喘的死亡率。方法对我院34例重症哮喘进行补液、扩支气管、抗炎等以及呼吸机的治疗。结果34例中33例完全缓解,1例死亡,1例使用呼吸机辅助呼吸。结论及早诊治是治疗哮喘的关键,机械通气能有效治疗重症哮喘。
