老年住院患者抗菌药使用情况调查分析

目的：为临床合理选用抗菌药提供科学依据。方法：对我院部分临床科室老年患者在不同情况下使用抗菌药的有关数据进行统计分析。结果：233份病历平均年龄82岁，使用抗菌药141人次，抗菌药使用率为61％。应用最多者为头孢菌素类（15种，97例次），占36．4％。静脉给药84例，占31．6％，口服给药13例，占4．9％；抗菌药联合用药68例次，占30．7％；使用前10位的抗菌药多数为国产药物。结论：我院老年患者抗菌药使用情况总体比较合理。

Survey and Analysis of Antibiotics Used in Old Inpatients

Objective: To provide some scientific bases for rational clinical use of antibiotics in a safe, effective and economic way. Method: Relative data of using antibiotics for old patients in different conditions in some clinical departments of our hospital were statistically analyzed. Result:There were 233 cases, males being 228 cases and females being 5 cases. Their average age was 82 years old. Antibiotics were used in 141 cases (61%). Cephalosporins were mostly used, including 15 kinds in 97 cases (36.4% ). They were intravenously administered in 84 cases (31.6% ) and orally in 13 cases (4. 9% ) . More than one kind of antibiotics were used in 68 cases ( 30. 7% ). The majority of antibiotics used were produced nationally. Conclusion: The survey result shows that the general situation of using antibiotics in old patients of our hospital is reasonable.
