甘肃省不同级别医院呼吸科医师哮喘认知度调查

采用面对面问卷调查方法,对甘肃省39家不同级别医院450名呼吸科医师调查,以了解其哮喘的认知情况.共收回有效问卷393份.对哮喘机制、哮喘急性发作时首选药物、中度以上慢性持续期哮喘一线治疗药物、哮喘非急性发作时最佳给药途径和正确使用气雾剂的回答正确率分别为61.1%、38.2%、49.6%、65.4%和33.6%,认为哮喘通过治疗可达到完全控制和部分控制者分别为22.1%和53.2%,掌握峰流速仪意义和使用者30.8%.三甲医院医师的认知度高于三乙医院和二甲医院（P〈0.05或 P〈0.01）.

Survey of asthmatic knowledge among respiratory physicians in different grade hospitals of Gansu Province

To explore the asthmatic knowledge of＂ physicians in different grade hospitals in Gansu Province. We designed a face-to-face questionnaire with 450 physicians. And 393 of them completed the survey. The percentage of physicians correctly understanding the mechanism of asthma, drng of choice in acute exacerbation of asthma, the first-line treatment of moderate or severe chronic persistent asthma, optimal route of administration of non-acute asthma attack and use of aerosol were 61.1%, 38.2%, 49. 6%, 65.4% and 33.6% respectively. The percentage of them who believed that asthma could be completely and adequately controlled was 22. 1% and 53.2% respectively. Only 30. 8% physicians understood the meaning and usage of peak flow meter. The awareness of physicians at grade 3A hospitals was superior to that at 2A and 3B hospitals （P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. O1 ）.
