新疆不同民族肺部原发性肿瘤973例病理统计分析

目的：了解新疆地区肺部原发性肿瘤发病情况及其民族分布。方法：对９７３ 例肺部原发性肿瘤分别按民族、病变组织学类型、性别、年龄进行了统计分析。结果：９７３ 例中，恶性肿瘤（９７．２２％ ）明显多于良性肿瘤（２．７８％ ），肺癌占恶性肿瘤的９９．４７％ ；不同民族肺部原发性肿瘤就诊率之间有差异，汉族的较高而维吾尔族的较低；９４６ 例恶性肿瘤中肺鳞癌所占的比例最高；各民族病例在不同组织学类型之间的分布无显著性差异（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）；恶性肿瘤男女比例为５．８∶１。结论：肺部原发性肿瘤在新疆地区发病情况及其民族分布有所特殊，在肺部原发性肿瘤，尤其是肺癌发病中有无不同遗传基因因素和致癌因素待进一步研究

A Pathological Statistic Analysis of 973 Cases of Pulmonary Primary Tumors and its Ethnic Distribution in Xinjiang

Objective: In order to obtain information concerning the incidence of pulmonary primary tumors and its ethnic distribution in Xinjiang. Methods: 973 cases of pulmonary primary tumors were collected from pathologic file and the pathological analysis including histopathologic types, ages, sex and ethnic distribution were performed. Results: In 973 tumors, malignant tumors (97.2%) were extremely high than those of benign; the epithelial carcinomas occupied 99.4% among of the malignancies. The incidence of lung cancer in Han was higher than in minorities, and clearly low in Uygur population than in other minorities was observed (P<0.05). Conculision: The differences of incidence of lung cancer in various ethnic groups may reflect the different factors, carcinogenic exposure and genetic background on the effect of lung carcinogenesis in Xinjiang. These need futher study.
