| 摘 要： | 目的：评价治疗肝炎后肝硬化失代偿期食管曲张静脉出血药物的疗效。方法：对４５ 例肝炎后肝硬化失代偿期食管曲张静脉出血患者分别应用垂体后叶素加酚妥拉明与善得定（奥曲肽）进行分组治疗。结果：垂体后叶素加酚妥拉明组止血有效率为８３．３％ ，副反应发生率为２７．８％ ，善得定组止血有效率为８５．２％ ，副反应发生率为７．４％ 。结论：善得定治疗食管曲张静脉出血疗效肯定，用药安全，而边远地区用垂体后叶素加酚妥拉明也不失为一良好选择。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the efficacy on vasopressin plus regitine and octreotide (sandostatin) in the treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding. Methods: 45 posthepatic cirrhotic patients, complicated by esophageal variceal bleeding were treated with vasopressin plus regitine and octreotide respectively. Results: 85.2% and 83.3% of bleeding were controlled, and 7.4% and 27.8% side effects were found with octreotide therapy and vasopressin plus regitine therapy respectively. Conclusion: Octreotide is effective and safe in the treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding, and vasopressin plus regitine could be of good choice in necessitous area. |
