应用显微外科技术修复周围神经损伤

目的：探讨应用显微外科技术在二期修复周围神经损伤中影响有效的因素及处理措施。方法：对收治的２８２ 例周围神经损伤患者中随访１２０ 例１６５ 条神经应用显微外科技术进行神经外膜、束膜缝合，自体神经移植神经松解和减压。结果：按１９５４ 年英国医学研究院的神经外伤学会（ Ｂ Ｍ Ｒ Ｃ）提出的感觉和运动分析标准评定疗效优良率７０％ 。结论：临床上不能达到完全恢复的影响因素为修复时间、缺损的处理、损伤性质、年龄、损伤部位及无张力下直接缝合。

Microsurgical Repairs of Peripheral Nerve Injuries

objective:To ana1yse the factors that effect the periphcral nerve injuries with microsurgical technique and to find thc approprlate methods that nlake it up. Methods: 282 cases of peripheral nerve iniuries were treatcd with microsurgical technique from l986 to l996, and l20 cases with total l65 nerves were followed up. The operation used in this group included neurolysis, epineurial repair, antogenous nerve graft, inter fascicular suture, perineural anastomosis and nerve depression. Results: The duration of follow up varied from six months to ten years and the excellent result was more than 70%. Conclusion: The curcqtive effect was stiIl not satisfactory in spite of having been inproved. The result indicated that curative cffcct was closelv related to the time of repair, the age of patients, the nature and section of injuries and suture without tcnsion.
