新疆哈萨克族学龄前儿童腕部骨骼发育情况

目的：了解哈萨克族学龄前儿童双手腕部骨骼发育情况，探讨其发育规律，并为制定学龄前儿童骨龄标准提供科学依据，同时也为临床医学和人类学提供资料。方法：利用摄片法拍摄双手腕部Ｘ线片，共观察新生儿、３ 个月、６ 个月、１～８岁共１１个年龄组６８２ 人，并进行统计学分析。结果：得出哈萨克族学龄前儿童正常腕部骨化中心出现顺序。结论：腕部骨化中心出现男女性有区别，女性早于男性１～２ 岁。年龄范围男性大于女性。

An Investigation about the Growth of the Wrist Bones of Kajak Nation's Children before School Age in Xinjiang

Objective: This paper studied the growth of the wrist bones of kajak nation's child ven before school age, and its rule of development, in order to get scientific evidence for deciding the standard of the skeletal age of the children before school age, also give reference data for clinical medicine and anthroplogy. Methods: With the help of radiograph to take X-ray films of both hands and wrists. 682 chidren, their ages ranging from newborn, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year to 8 years, were devided into 22 groups (both sexes) which were observed and analyzed in statistics. Results: The order in which the normal carpal bony ossification center appearance was obtained. Conclusion: The appearance of the ossification centers of the wrists have differences between males and females, the females occurs to be 1 year~2 years earlier than the males. The age scope of the males is larger than the females.
