| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PBL结合LBL在呼吸内科临床见习课中的应用效果。方法将PBL与LBL相结合的教学模式应用于呼吸内科临床见习课中，比较其与LBL教学效果的差别。结果PBL结合LBL组的教学效果显著优于LBL组。结论PBL与LBL相结合的教学模式在呼吸内科临床见习教学中具有显著优势，可提高见习教学质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the teaching effects of PBL combined with LBL in clinical practice of respiratory medicine.Methods PBL combined with LBL was applied to clinical practice teaching of respiratory medicine,and the teaching effects was compared with that of LBL.Results The teaching effects of PBL combined with LBL was significantly better than that of LBL.Conclusion PBL combined with LBL has an obvious advantage in the clinical practice teaching of respiratory medicine and may improve the teaching quality. |
