盖诺与顺铂和盖诺与阿霉素配伍治疗转移性乳腺癌63例对比研究

目的:评价和比较盖诺配伍顺铂(NP)或阿霉素(NA)两方案治疗转移性乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法:将63例转移性乳腺癌患者随机分为盖诺加阿霉素组和盖诺加顺铂组治疗,即NA方案:盖诺25mg/m2d1、d8静脉注射,阿霉素40mg/m2d1静脉注射,21d为1周期; NP方案:盖诺25mg/m2d1、d8静脉注射,顺铂100mg/m2d1静脉注射,21d为1周期。结果:两组有效率:NA方案为58.0%(18/31);NP方案为59.7%(19/32)。两组对比无显著性差异。主要毒副作用为骨髓抑制,消化系统反应。白细胞减少发生率分别为87.1%和90.3%,Ⅲ～Ⅳ度下降者NA组25.8%,NP组21.9%,消化系统反应发生率为NA组35.5%,Ⅲ度占3 .2%,NP组65.6%,Ⅲ度占6.7%。结论:盖诺配伍顺铂与盖诺配伍阿霉素治疗转移性乳腺癌疗效好,两方案疗效无显著性差异,毒性可耐受。

Comparativ study of vinorelbine plus cisplatin(NP) and vinorelbine plus doxorubicin(NA) in the treatment of metastatic breast cancer

Objective ：To evaluate and compare the effects and safety of NP（NVB plus PDD） regimen and NA（NVB plus ADM） regimen for metastaic breast canser. Methods：63 patients of mestastaic breast cancer were randomly divided into NP regimen group （NVB25mg/m^2 dl, d8IV PDD 100mg/m^2 dl）and NA regimen group （NVB25mg/m^2 dl ,d8IV ADM40mg/m^2 dl） Results ：The response rates of NA group and NP group were 58. 0%（18/31） and 59.7% （19/32） respectively. The most common toxicities were myelosuppression, garstrie irritation. Leukopenia in most of patients with occurrence rate 87.1% and 90. 3% （25.8% and 21.9% in grand Ⅲ-Ⅳ respectivly）. The rates of vomiting were 35.5% and 65.6%（3.2% and 6.7% in grand Ⅲ respectivly）. garstric irritation was tolerable Conclusion： The NA regimen and NP regimen chmotherapy is effective for metastatic breast cancer. There is not statistical significant difference between them （P〉0.05）. Toxicities are tolerable.
