2008—2012年成都市温江区幼儿园儿童健康体检资料分析

目的分析成都市温江区幼儿园儿童健康状况及变化趋势,以便采取相应的预防措施,促进儿童的健康成长。方法分析2008—2012年成都市温江区幼儿园儿童健康体检资料。结果温江区幼儿园儿童体格发育正常率、肥胖率、消瘦率、视力筛查阳性率逐年呈增长趋势;低体重率、生长发育迟缓率、贫血率、龋齿率逐年呈下降趋势。结论温江区幼儿园儿童肥胖率和消瘦率在升高,视力筛查阳性率、贫血率、龋齿率虽有下降,但是2008年与2012年比较没有统计学意义,因此提示视力筛查阳性、贫血、龋齿、肥胖应作为温江区幼儿园儿童健康干预的重点。

Analysis on the results of physical examination among kindergarten children in Wenjiang district of Chengdu City in 2008-2012

Objective To analyze the health status of kindergarten children and its changing in Wenjiang district of Cbengdu city so as to take appropriate preventive measures for the healthy development of children. Methods The data of physi- cal examination were analyzed about kindergarten children in Wenjiang district of Chengdu city in 2008 - 2012. Result- s There was a increasing trend year by year in the rate of normal physical development, obesity, weight loss and positive vision screening, and a decreasing trend in the rate of low birth weight, physical retardation, anemia and dental caries. Conclusions The rate of obesity and weight loss is on the rise among kindergarten children in Wenjiang district. The rate of positive vision screening, anemia and dental caries is on the decrease, but the data in the year 2008 show no significant difference from those in 2012. Therefore it is suggested that health intervention be focused on positive vision screening, a- nemia, dental caries, obesity in kindergartens of Wenjiang district.
