下鼻甲病变的术式选择

目的:探讨下鼻甲病变手术的最佳方式和适应证的选择。方法:采用4种手术方式治疗120例下鼻甲病变的患者。下鼻甲钳夹术25例,下鼻甲骨折外展移位术28例,下鼻甲部分切除术46例,下鼻甲黏骨膜下切除术21例。随访1～5年。结果:4种手术方式均有效,但各有特点和适用范围。结论:下鼻甲手术方式的选择应基于保护鼻腔的解剖结构及其生理功能。并应根据个体情况选择术式。

Choice of the Inferior Turbinectomy

Objective:To find out the best way and select the indication of inferior turbinectomy.Methods: Four methods for inferior turbinectomy were applied in 120 cases.Clamping inferior turbinectomy(CIT) in 25 cases.Submucous inferior turbinectomy(SIT) in 21 cases.Partial inferior turbinectomy(PIT) in 46 cases.Outfracture of inferior turbinectomy(OIT) in 28 cases.Followed up one to five years after operation.Results:There is a definite availability of each inferior turbinectomy.But there are different characteristic and applicability.Conclusion: Choice of the methods for inferior turbinectomy should protect the anatomical structure and physiologic functions of nose and according as individual to choice.
