景洪哥纳香化学成分的研究Ⅰ

摘    要: 目的:研究云南西双版纳景洪哥纳香(Goniothalamus cheliensis)茎皮的化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据等进行结构鉴定。结果:从景洪哥纳香茎皮的乙醇提取物中分离得到10种化合物,其中5个化合物结构分别鉴定为:5,7-二羟基双氢黄酮(Ⅰ)、5,6-2H-6苯乙烯吡喃-2-酮(Ⅱ)、(5R,6S,7R,8R)-7-羟基-8苯基 四氢呋喃并3,2-b]-2H-吡喃-2-酮(Ⅲ)、(6R,7R,8R)-6-(7,8-二羟基苯乙基)-5,6-2H-5-羟基-2-吡喃酮(Ⅳ)、(6R,7R,8R)-6-(7,8-二羟基苯乙基)-5,6-2H-吡喃-2-酮(Ⅴ)。结论:5种化合物均首次从该植物中获得。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical composition in the bark of Goniothalamus cheliensis. METHODS: Various chromatographic techniques and structural elucidation were used to separate and purify the constituents. Their physical and chemical properties and spectral data were measured. RESULTS: Ten compounds were isolated from the bark of Goniothalamus cheliensis. Five of them were identified as: 5, 7-dihydroxyflavanone , 5, 6-2H-6 styryl-2-pyrone,(5R, 6S, 7R, 8R)-7-hydroxy-8-phenyltetrahydrofuro pyran-2-one , (6R, 7R, 8R)-6-(7, 8-dihydroxyphenylethyl)-5, 6-2H-5-hydroxy-2-pyrone , (6R, 7R, 8R)-6-(7, 8-dihydroxyphenylethyl)-5, 6-2H-2-pyrone . CONCLUSION: Five compounds were isolated the first time from this plant.
